I want to cancel or edit my order

You can cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund, guaranteed. After 24 hours, we can only cancel or edit orders that have not been shipped yet.

After 24 hours, if your order has shipped we cannot cancel or edit it because the package is already in transit. Once you receive your order, contact the support team for a return address. You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return the order.
