Help with the email verification code

If you track your order using the chat bot, we use 2-step authentication to protect your privacy. Your verification code is sent to you when you submit your email in the chat and can only be used once. It is not your order number. 

To get your verification code:
1. Enter the email address you used to place your order in the box under "Email".
2. Click "Submit".
3. In another window or tab, open your email inbox. 
4. Open the email titled "Email Verification Code". If you do not see it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder.
5. Copy the 6-digit code from the email.
6. Go back to the window with the chat, and paste the 6-digit code into the box under "Verification code". 
7. Click "Verify". 

You will now be able to view and track your order!
